Accessibility statement

This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Accessibility was treated as a build requirement from the first day rather than as a review at the end.

What has been done

• Colour contrast is verified automatically against WCAG AA on every build, and a regression fails the build rather than shipping
• Two brand colours cannot carry body text at accessible contrast, so text-safe derivatives were introduced without altering the brand palette
• Every interactive element is reachable by keyboard and shows a visible focus indicator that is never removed
• Content is readable and operable without JavaScript; scroll animations only enhance a page that is already complete
• The reduce-motion preference is honoured throughout: animations become instant state changes and the animated wave freezes
• Form fields have real labels, errors are linked programmatically, and validation failures move focus so they are announced
• Headings follow a logical order, landmarks are used, and a skip link is the first tab stop on every page

Known limitations

• A full independent audit and assistive-technology testing across the complete page set has not yet been carried out
• Screen reader verification to date covers the primary journeys rather than every page
• The statement will be reissued, with a formal evaluation date, once the production site is live
